Sarah Pritchard
Behavioural Specialist
Sarah is a Behaviour Specialist working across the Community Living teams to deliver specialist, person-centred programmes which focus on improving people’s Quality of Life. Previously, she has worked in a number of PBS roles, including as a Support Worker in a residential school and a PBS Manager leading a team of Practitioners to support individuals moving on from hospitals across London. During her Masters, she worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a Community Learning Disability team, supporting with at home programmes, training for families and teams, and psychological assessments. She also has experience of Learning Disability Commissioning within a Local Authority, provided a unique view on organisational support.
