Paul joined the company in 2019, as its Business Systems Manager before progressing into the role of Service Manager for Cheam House and has worked across several industries, most notably Health and Home Affairs. Paul has previously worked for Cygnet Health Care within their Governance framework, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were adhered to. Paul as well as overseeing the running of a Supported Living Service, also has responsibility as a Director for the Governance systems within the Group. Ensuring that assurances are provided to all stakeholders and regulatory bodies that we are continuously driving to improve the quality of care provided in each of our settings, which is achieved through robust and adaptable monitoring systems.
