Joshua joined the company as the service manager for the Community Living Limited at Kenbury House and has worked across several sectors in health and social care settings. He has gained experience in both residential, domiciliary and supported living settings. He has previously worked for Chatfield House care as the service manager for three different services, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements. Joshua’s role also includes marketing and assessing clients for potential placement in any of Kenbury House homes. He is responsible to continuously improve the standard of care in all the services and maintain high quality of service standards. He is now responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service to Clients for Kenbury House and the attainment of exceptional CQC ratings.
