Tom developed the concept of the Community Living Limited (CLL) to bridge a gap in service provision for individuals who require specialist care and support and high quality accommodation that is community based. Tom feels that this CLL concept enables the delivery of the transforming care agenda; by providing an in the community option that is highly specialist, high quality and prevents the need for individuals to be placed out-of-area separating them from their local communities.
Tom joined the company as Operations Director, having previously worked for Cygnet Health Care and has extensive experience in the delivery of a range of adult and CAMHS in-patient mental health services and takes responsibility as Nominated Individual for its regulated activities.
