Amy is a Behaviour Analyst with over 20-years experience in the field, working with individuals of all ages and across many settings including family homes, education settings, supported living services and within the community setting delivery training.She has a teaching background as well as having a passion for research and learning new skills herself. As Group Clinical Director Amy has integrated her Psychological/Behavioural expertise throughout the company’s standard operating procedures. Her work places a focus on ensuring that our clients are supported to maximise their level of independence and quality of life whilst in our care. She oversees a team of Behaviour Practitioners delivering person-centred and evidence-based interventions to support some of the most vulnerable in our society.
