TOM WARE
GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Tom developed the concept of the Community Living Limited (CLL) to bridge a gap in service provision for individuals who require specialist care and support and high quality accommodation that is community based. Tom feels that this CLL concept enables the delivery of the transforming care agenda; by providing an in the community option that is highly specialist, high quality and prevents the need for individuals to be placed out-of-area separating them from their local communities. Tom joined the company as Operations Director, having previously worked for Cygnet Health Care and has extensive experience in the delivery of a range of adult and CAMHS in-patient mental health services and takes responsibility as Nominated Individual for its regulated activities.


Amy Miland (BCBA)
Amy is a Behaviour Analyst with over 20-years experience in the field, working with individuals of all ages and across many settings including family homes, education settings, supported living services and within the community setting delivery training. She has a teaching background as well as having a passion for research and learning new skills herself. As Group Clinical Director Amy has integrated her Psychological/Behavioural expertise throughout the company’s standard operating procedures. Her work places a focus on ensuring that our clients are supported to maximise their level of independence and quality of life whilst in our care. She oversees a team of Behaviour Practitioners delivering person-centred and evidence-based interventions to support some of the most vulnerable in our society.

Joshua Okoronkwo
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Joshua joined the company as the service manager for the Community Living Limited at Kenbury House and has worked across several sectors in health and social care settings. He has gained experience in both residential, domiciliary and supported living settings. He has previously worked for Chatfield House care as the service manager for three different services, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements. Joshua’s role also includes marketing and assessing clients for potential placement in any of Kenbury House homes. He is responsible to continuously improve the standard of care in all the services and maintain high quality of service standards. He is now responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service to Clients for Kenbury House and the attainment of exceptional CQC ratings


Paul Milne
Paul joined the company in 2019, as its Business Systems Manager before progressing into the role of Service Manager for Cheam House and has worked across several industries, most notably Health and Home Affairs. Paul has previously worked for Cygnet Health Care within their Governance framework, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were adhered to. Paul as well as overseeing the running of a Supported Living Service, also has responsibility as a Director for the Governance systems within the Group. Ensuring that assurances are provided to all stakeholders and regulatory bodies that we are continuously driving to improve the quality of care provided in each of our settings, which is achieved through robust and adaptable monitoring systems

Elliot Cameron
Elliot joined Community Living Limited in august 2021 as the Group Head of Business Administration. Elliot’s role is to lead the set-up of robust administration systems across our three existing businesses, To support the set-up and ongoing business administration of new services as they are built in line with the business growth strategy. In conjunction with the Operations Director, Managing Director and Service Managers ensure that each business is operating to optimum efficiency. Before this Elliot had worked in trade finance and at many levels of the educational system, in his spare time he is an avid Taekwondo practitioner and Scuba diver.

With a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Tizard Centre and over nine years of experience, Badriya Kassim is an expert in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism. At The Community Living, she employs tailored Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address complex needs and challenging behaviors, promoting empowerment and self-sufficiency in service users. Badriya is also proficient in PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, emphasizing proactive deescalation techniques. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, long walks, and cooking.
